I wanna be skinny!!

Im 23 and 5'4.5", sick of being fat and gross, struggled with binging n purging in the past, hoping to have control over what goes in...

Anonymous:   I eat around 500-or less calories a day. I'm 5'3 126 lbs and I burn at least 300 calories a day running. How long do you think it will take for me to get down to 105? I'm 19 and I'm tired of being fat. I love your blog<3

Not very long at all! By the end of August you should weigh 105. Even if you never exercised you would lose the weight by Sept 20th…it is harder to lose weight the smaller you are, so don’t be discouraged if it takes a bit longer to lose the weight. Also, I should tell you that 500 calories or less a day isn’t healthy and that you will lose the weight even if you ate double that each day by October. But you are free to do what you want, I can’t tell you what’s unhealthy without being a hypocrite…
