Screw being fat!!
I wanna be skinny!!

Im 23 and 5'4.5", sick of being fat and gross, struggled with binging n purging in the past, hoping to have control over what goes in...

This is a place for my thinspiration, feelings, and food/exercise logs, im hoping it helps...bc I really don't like myself sometimes.

Detox: Always good to do before starting a diet/exercise program to help cleanse the system and get rid of toxins/extra water weight. Here are some things to help you get started: 

1. eat plenty of fiber: brown rice, fresh fuits and vegetables are a great. Specifically beets, radishes, artichokes, cabbage, broccoli, spirulina, chlorella, seaweed

2. green tea 

3. vitamin C 

4, 2 quarts of water daily

5, exercise: yoga and exercises like jump-roping
